- Own industry-partner relationships for live projects, internships and hiring
- Manage centre P&L and report to HQ leadership

- 8–14 years of experience in education, training centres or operations leadership
- Proven team-management and stakeholder-handling skills
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort with P&L ownership
- MBA preferred
