Join CIDSA as our Technical Agricultural Specialist. You'll own the on-ground deployment, calibration and operation of precision agriculture systems — IoT sensors, drones, GIS workflows and farmer-facing dashboards — across our pilots and partner farms.

- Deploy and calibrate soil sensors, weather stations and irrigation controllers in the field
- Plan and execute drone missions (scouting, multispectral mapping, spraying) per DGCA norms
- Process imagery to produce NDVI, vegetation-stress and prescription maps
- Train farmers and FPO staff on TechCatalyst tools and digital advisory products
Qualifications
Qualifications
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. Agriculture, Horticulture or Agricultural Engineering
- 3–5 years of field experience in precision agriculture, agronomy or rural extension
- Hands-on with GIS (QGIS / ArcGIS), drone planning software and basic Python/R is a plus
- DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate preferred
