Graduate or Post-Graduate in Engineering / Management (Preferred: IT, OT, Industrial, or Technical Fields) Certification in Project Management (PMP/Prince2) preferred.
Purpose of the Role :
To oversee, manage, and monitor all CIDSA centres across India, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, performance, and strategic growth. The role demands strong leadership, multi-centre coordination, data-driven reporting, industry/government interface, and the ability to travel extensively to different centres for audits, training evaluations, and performance assessments.
Key Responsibilities Areas (KRAs) :
1. Multi-Centre Operations & Administration :
- Oversee end-to-end functioning of all CIDSA centres across India.
- Conduct regular PAN India centre visits, audits, and performance assessments.
- Ensure compliance with CIDSA operational standards, documentation, safety norms, and IT/OT infrastructure.
- Implement uniform processes, SOPs, governance systems, and performance frameworks across centres.
- Ensure timely submission of Centre Performance Reports, Visit Reports, and Monthly Project Reports.
2. Project Planning & Execution :
- Lead implementation of CIDSA initiatives, training programs, and centre-level projects.
- Coordinate with regional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
- Track centre-wise progress through project dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools.
- Manage vendor coordination, logistics, setup activities, and technical requirements for centres.
3. Industry, Academia & Government Collaboration :
- Build strong relationships with partner industries, academic institutions, and government departments.
- Drive MoUs, collaborations, joint programs, and commercial training opportunities.
- Represent CIDSA at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings PAN India.
- Facilitate employer connections for placement initiatives and skill development outcomes.
4. Financial & Budget Management :
- Monitor centre-wise financial performance, budgets, and revenue targets.
- Ensure cost optimisation, resource utilisation, and adherence to financial controls.
- Support funding proposals, CSR partnerships, and commercial project opportunities.
5. Training & Program Management :
- Oversee execution of all training programs across CIDSA centres.
- Ensure curriculum compliance, trainer performance monitoring, and student satisfaction.
- Identify training improvement areas and drive innovation in course delivery.
- Coordinate workshops, assessments, certifications, and skill enhancement activities.
6. Reporting, Documentation & Compliance :
- Prepare monthly project reports, dashboards, audit reports, and visit reports for management.
- Maintain a central repository of documents, processes, and compliance records.
- Track grievances, operational risks, and mitigation plans.
