Regional Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :
  • Drive regional sales growth by aligning strategies with business goals and identifying new opportunities in IoT and automation.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, set targets, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Monitor sales KPIs, manage pricing and margins, and ensure consistent pipeline management to meet revenue goals.
  • Engage with key clients, resolve escalations, and explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities to strengthen business ties.
  • Explore new territories, collaborate with marketing on campaigns, and represent the company in trade events and expos.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, generate sales reports, and provide strategic insights for continual improvement.
  • Stay informed about market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor strategies to refine and adapt sales approaches.

  • Proven leadership and team management abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with client-facing roles and travel as needed
Education :
  • Must Have: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.)
  • Preferred: MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related specialization
