Roles and Responsibilities :
- Drive regional sales growth by aligning strategies with business goals and identifying new opportunities in IoT and automation.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, set targets, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Monitor sales KPIs, manage pricing and margins, and ensure consistent pipeline management to meet revenue goals.
- Engage with key clients, resolve escalations, and explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities to strengthen business ties.
- Explore new territories, collaborate with marketing on campaigns, and represent the company in trade events and expos.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, generate sales reports, and provide strategic insights for continual improvement.
- Stay informed about market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor strategies to refine and adapt sales approaches.
